Rebel Hens one of a kind nostalgic, candid, poetic & cinematic story telling. 


Let’s create something that feels like you. You know that moment when you watch a movie or hear a song and think, “That’s us.” That’s exactly what I want your photos to feel like, art in motion with the warmth of a memory that lingers long after the moment has passed.


For the beautifully imperfect rebels at heart. Let's create a little less polished photos that break the rules. Step in front of my lens and into what feels like indie film photography meets a nostalgic coming-of-age movie, a handwritten letter, or a summer you can't quite forget.


My velvet grain photo collection are a balance of rough film texture and delicate storytelling. Artistic, fresh, and slightly unexpected.  


Imagine a photoshoot that feels like a scene from a movie you watched years ago and never quite got over. The colors are faded, the flash is a little harsh, the focus isn't always perfect, and somehow those imperfections make every photo feel more real.

Velvet Grain is the beauty of a memory that was never meant to be perfect.


It's feminine but a little rebellious. Romantic but not overly posed. Nostalgic without looking like a costume party. Think grainy 35mm film, velvet textures, messy hair, direct flash, blurred movement, deep shadows, and the feeling of being young and untamed.


In addition to your digital photos I'll add a touch of nostalgia to your gallery with film photography! I include 1 roll of 35mm film photos for that timeless, textured feel during our shoot.
